WELCOME AND AVAILABILITY

Our guests are kindly requested to inform us in advance of their arrival time so that we can welcome them upon arrival and hand over the keys of the property. Upon arrival, it is mandatory for all guests to present a valid personal identification document to allow for the required legal registrations. For any requests or reports, you can call our number +39 3932111350, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in case of emergencies. For ordinary requests, we ask that you respect the hours from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

CHECK-IN

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are considered late check-ins. Late check-ins must be communicated and agreed upon in advance and will only be possible based on availability. Guests will not be able to check in after 10:00 PM.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out must occur by 11:00 AM. Any late check-outs must be agreed upon. When possible, we can offer late check-out for free if arranged in advance.

BOOKING PROCEDURES

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations that are canceled or modified will be subject to the cancellation policies outlined in the form received during the quote and confirmation phase of the reservation. In case of cancellation within 7 days of arrival, any deposit will be refunded. In case of no-show without any notice, the total amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card.

NOTICES

We are confident that our guests will take great care of the accommodations and their furnishings. However, we would like to inform you that any damages and/or deterioration caused by guests to the agriturismo's equipment will be the responsibility of the guests themselves. We ask our guests to report any broken items or malfunctioning equipment immediately for prompt replacement or maintenance. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our accommodations. It is not allowed to host unregistered persons in our accommodations. Parking is free and not supervised: while there are no particular risks, we still recommend that our guests lock their vehicles and not leave valuables in plain sight. The same applies to our facilities. We also ask that you respect the environment, the garden, and the plants, and minimize waste and refuse.

USE OF THE FIREPLACE AND FINNISH HOT TUB

Our guests can use the fireplace at Agriturismo Il Conte Vassallo and the wood-heated Finnish hot tub at Agriturismo Ai Masi. We ask our guests to provide maximum caution when using fire. Upon arrival, guests will be informed of the best practices for using these facilities and how to prevent any dangerous situations. We ask our guests to promptly report any unusual functioning.

LINEN

Bathroom linen and bed sheets are changed once a week. However, new supplies of linen can be requested during your stay free of charge. Having chosen a vacation in contact with nature, we ask our guests to help us respect and safeguard the environment by trying to limit water and electricity consumption and avoiding excessive use of detergents and stain removers. We therefore ask you to try not to stain the linen with residues of makeup, oils, or colored creams, as well as non-washable pens or markers. The bathrooms are equipped with a courtesy set and hairdryers.

RECYCLING

In our municipality, door-to-door recycling is active and mandatory, which we strictly observe. Recycling applies to all types of waste: paper, glass, plastic, landfiled waste, organic waste, etc. Each accommodation is equipped with specific containers indicating the type of waste to be disposed of. We ask our guests to support us in this effort by properly sorting their waste. Organic waste is disposed of directly by us in a designated composting area.

INTERNET

It is possible to connect to the internet within our facilities and in the garden. Wi-Fi is free, and the password will be provided at check-in.

PETS

Pets are welcome at Agriturismo Il Conte Vassallo. To respect other guests, hygiene regulations, and everyone's safety, pets are not allowed on beds and sofas. However, pets are not permitted at Agriturismo Ai Masi. We apologize for this.

KITCHEN AND UTENSILS

Our facilities are equipped with kitchens and utensils for the exclusive use of our guests. We kindly ask you to inform us of any broken dishes so that we can promptly replace them. We further request our guests to use the dishwasher for cleaning the dishes to ensure proper cleaning and sanitization, thus avoiding hand washing. Dishwasher detergent will always be available.
